Don't stay here if you are looking for serenity and restful sleep. This place plays karaoke so loud non stop till past midnight. Ceiling of the room we stayed has molds, washroom needs deep cleaning. Some of the lights of the room are non functioning, room has a big mirror which you don't know if you are being watched secretly.

Room is clean and spacious. TV is working but no program/channel available to watch. I wish they provide doormats for the entrance and bathroom. Bathroom has no place for us to hang and place our things so we decided to bring inside one of the wooden seats. Mosquitoes are present inside the room. Glass walls are tinted but I think in the opposite side because it's the people from the outside who can see through. So don't forget to put down the blinds first thing for your privacy. Foods offered are very delicious and worth the price.

Basic hotel right beside baywalk. Don't expect too much in terms of amenities, but they pretty much cover all you need. Clean rooms, cold AC, ample parking, meals to order are available in their resto, cable TV, hot shower, etc.

It is a great resort specially with its clean spacious rooms and accommodating staff. Not to mention it has a function hall with karaoke. A wide swimming pool and a hot pool too. It is also close to the beach and malls and parks around Binmaley, Pangasinan.
